  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We do not accept orders from outside the US at this time. We expect to add this service soon!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, most orders arrive within three days.

  • I noticed some white areas on my chocolate. What causes that?

    The white areas, known as "Bloom" in the candy industry occurs in chocolate for two reasons...

    If chocolate is not tempered (melted to form candy) correctly the butterfat composition will change causing a slight white appearance. This in no way affects the shelf life, or taste of the candy. We take great care to temper our chocolate slowly and carefully to prevent this occurrence.

    The other reason is changes in temperature, during processing, storing or shipping the candy. This is the cause of any blooming in our candy.

    In the wintertime it is common for some of our plain (No Nut) candy to go through temperature changes. We cook the candy in kitchen that is maintained at about 70 degrees, but, because we do not add any additives or preservatives to your candy, we have to store it at much lower temperatures to preserve freshness. We then ship your candy to you at which time temperatures can fluctuate drastically as it travels.

    So, if you happen to notice any white or clouding on your candy, do not be alarmed, it merely means we kept it as fresh as possible for you!
